Spring Wedding - Cakes,

Wedding Cakes at a Spring Welsh Farm Wedding:

There was a feast of cakes served on vintage china at this lovely Swansea wedding. Fancy Vintage China was lucky enough to be involved in this amazing Welsh celebration. Everyone that came to the wedding was asked if they fancied bringing cakes as their wedding present. It was such a brilliant idea.It was an amazing turn out of cakes and puddings!

Lovely vintage embroidered tablecloths from Fancy Vintage!

Love these pink cakes.

Lime green cup-cakes made by Frankie.

Bee Chocolate cup-cakes.

Lovely garden flowers and more pink cakes.

Chocolate profiteroles on one of the glass cake-stands.

Pretty delicate tulips.

A plethora of pink cakes with raspberries.

Truly scrumptious cookies.

Beautiful chocolate tart.

The wedding tables all had lovely fresh flowers in a variety of glass jars.

Vintage china ready for the food.

Ok, so the ladder had to be moved, but it wasn't just my little one who tried to climb it!

Love the cool dresses with the wellington boot look.

Spotty and floral dresses.

From the outside of the marquee you wouldn't have guessed the amazing detail inside.

As the groom is a specialist in sculpting wooden creations, he had put together a fun top table made out of wood.

And of course, always fun to bring the Big Gold frames along!

Really funny.

What a fun day.

Spring Wedding,

What a lovely Spring Wedding!

The Gower Peninsula was such a perfect location for this stunning wedding.
Natalie and Scott declared their love and dedication to their guests overlooking the beach followed with a coastal path walk back to their lovely country farmhouse.

A stroll through the lanes past all the farms.

The beautiful coast and a random dog.

I love these shades of vibrant red paint.

Natalie wore a beautiful lace dress with great attention to detail.
I love the dainty buttons running down the back of the dress and the lovely little train at the back.

Natalie and bales of hay.

Really loved the ribbons around this glass vase.
The surrounding air was filled with the most beautiful scent from these purple flowers.

Love this cards and gifts table.

It takes quite a while to collect enough silverware for a wedding!

Pretty shades of pastel bunting surrounded the
whole garden.

Pretty tea lights in jam jars suspended from trees around the garden for the late evening entertainment.

What a wonderful wedding.
We felt honoured to be around such lovely inspiring people.
And also to meet fellow enthusiastic artists too.

Hiding behind the hay.

It was such fun, the little ones had a massive hay fight with the hay bales.

And the food was amazing,curry!
Perfect.

All the guests bought large quantities of desserts that were  placed on that lovely vintage china!
What more could you ask for?

More photographs soon.

Wedding Anniversary,

May the 1st is such a great day for a wedding, in fact I actually got married a few years back on this day.
We had brilliant weather and an awesome day surrounded by friends and family.
I went threw some of my photographs today just to have a peak.
Here are a few from the day.

Beautiful Church in Surrey.

Bouquets of flowers.

3 lilac bridesmaids dresses made by my Mom.

White London taxi.

My Dad and I walking.

Still love the creamy-goldish dress.

As all brides feel, the wedding day goes far too quickly.
Especially when you are a little late for your own wedding!

Married an awesome friend who not only has to put up with me but also my love for china that is scattered everywhere!
Thank-you beautiful one for being so patient.
You indeed are amazing.

Do you ever thank your parents enough too for the lovely day and for giving you away.

Thank-you Mom and Dad!

Take care for now and have a great bank holiday Monday.

Royal Wedding Day,

I hope you all enjoyed the Royal Wedding day yesterday.
So loved the dress and the excitement felt in London.
Kind of would have been fun to be there to soak up the atmosphere.
But we all had an amazing day at a Wedding Garden Party which you couldn't beat.
The most awesome food was served, the loveliest tidiest house ever and the most kindest people.
Also a perk to have the most safest large garden ever for little ones, which is always a winner!
So indeed we wouldn't have swopped our lovely day!
Also they had the largest TV to watch the wedding!

Last week I think I mentioned that we had a busy time with a large vintage tea party and a vintage wedding.
We also had a lovely evening at the Women's Institute where they had a Royal Wedding party.
They were raising money for Air Ambulance.
So finally I have got round to putting up some of the photos from that evening.

So do you all have a Royal tea towel yet?

The ladies put so much effort into all the decorating of the lovely room.

They had quite a lot of large posters up of the Royals.
Like this one on Kate and her hats.
They had a big hat display too.
I brought 5 vintage hats the other day, fell in love with one of them and couldn't help but buy all of them.
They were obviously from the same owner,
 how could one separate them!
I will have to put the photos of those beauties up soon.

 Women's institute hat display.

A black hair-piece.

A dinky hot pink hat.

A display of more Royal weddings.

Close up.

Love this flag.

Flowers, photo, wedding veil, candles, pink Champagne...

Close up.

Some silver-ware.

2 full glasses.

Little bags of treats.

A couple of vintage dresses on show.

Old vintage wedding dress.

Detail.

Another dress detail.

Some vintage china on show!

More fancy vintage cake-stands.

Linda's cakes went towards the Air Ambulance fund.

Love this turquoise and gold ornate plate.
This plate was given to me by my sister in law's sister's mother in law.

I love the length to how many people now know that I am truly a massive fan of vintage china!

Thanks everyone.

Hope you all enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
