Children's Vintage China,

It's been a busy, busy, busy week, so blogging has gone on the back burner this week.
I'm sure you are all weeping with utter sadness!
But to cheer you up, I came across this mega cute china trio a while back.
We use it regularly and the little ones are always excited to get this set out. I am so in love with all the whimsical children's characters portrayed on this Gainsborough china.

Fox and hedgehog.

3 pieces.

Mommy and baby hedgehog in pram.

Chris and china collage.

More cute vintage animal characters.

And lovely Chris found time to enjoy her cup of tea in this dinky china cup.
Once again I am loving all Chris's anthropologie clothes. I am still enjoying the challenge of trying to match up her clothes with Fancy Vintage's china. If you are new to this blog, you can check out Chris and all her cool pieces of clothing here over the year. All with a different tea cup and teapot.

Chris always comes armed with lots of treats.
This time it was  some really gorgeous German chocolates.

Take care for now everyone.
Thank you so much for visiting, please do leave a comment,
I love reading what you all have to say and also visiting you.

Fancy Vintage,

We couldn't help but get excited with these cute little potato letters at a little tea party at the weekend.
(It doesn't take us much to get excited!)
Ok, so we did get a little bit carried away and ended up spelling out all the children's names. It took two large bags of these letters to feed all of them and to spell out their names.
They loved finding their place setting with there name on it.
Don't worry they ate more then just potato letters.

(They had ketchup for the main course!hehe)

Cath Kidston pink rose pattern.
 Gold vintage china plate.
(I have a lot of these pretty plates
in different sizes).

Vintage written in potato letters.

Pink and blue for the boys and girls.

Have a lovely day.

Love from Fancy Vintage.

Cute Egg Cosies.

My lovely sister in law Ness makes absolutely everything.
I was lucky enough to get loads of hand made gifts this year. One of my favourite makes was this really cute egg cosy set.
It went down well with the wee ones too.

Can you guess who wanted to play with them?

Is everything a toy with children?

Can you believe wee boys would be arguing over crocheted egg cosies.
You have to laugh really.

                Crocheted in lovely neutral shades.

These are mine!

This little one wants more.

Playing with his eggs.

Pink spotty egg cups and floral Cath Kidston fabric.

Ok, I should really finish this post here.

If you love china only - this is the end.
Do not read any more.

Especially if you don't like monsters.

With an egg cosy on his head!

More Ben 10 figures with egg cosies.

And then we have the new cosy train collection.

Just what you needed to see.

Sorry, Salty and Henry had a little bit of personal time with the egg cosies.

I told you not to look, cheeky little ones,
What would my sister in law say!

Sorry, Ness.
I am honestly taking good care of them!

Cath Kidston - Bath,

I love visiting the Cath Kidston stores, it's always a great source of inspiration to come back home and do something with my house!
Well I have good intentions and good ideas, but sadly my house hasn't changed much!

I have painted all my old wooden chairs white, but I do love these colourful pastel painted chairs.

And I'm still loving all the spots and floral china.

Happy Sunday,

Happy Birthday Roses & Cup of Tea,

Birthday Post.

Just a wee post today. Been a really busy time which is great.
We had the pleasure of Ness round today my lovely talented sister in law.

So awesome to see Ness on her birthday.
Had a little tea party for 9.

She wore the cutest embroidered Odd Molly pink shirt.
So picked this pretty pink cup for her Yorkshire tea.

Pink and brown spotty china on Cath Kidston fabric.

Something to add to Ness's growing collection of vintage china!
Present tied together in pink vintage lace.

These roses smell so amazing.

Have had so many visitors this week, been really fun & exciting.
And as always, great to see Ness for her birthday.

Hope you enjoyed.

Love these beautiful pink roses so so so much. They are from lovely Katy's sister who visited recently.
Wish the flowers could last forever.

And birthdays.

And people...
