Still inspired by St.David's Day, we went for a green and yellow vintage china theme.
We started the day to a lovely cup of tea with one of my favourite green vintage cups joined by my friend Beth who chose the yellow teacup. There was ever so slightly an overload of different greens and yellows for breakfast!
Beth was quick to spot the technical problem with the size of the handle on the mini yellow teacup.
It was a bit ridiculously small really, but funny watching her trying to drink her tea!!
So loving the new dinky milk jug and sugar bowl!
We will save the red Welsh jerseys for tomorrow.

Hi, and thanks for coming to visit me at Vintage Pollyanna! Sadly my posting has started to drop off because of my new job. Too many things to do and not enough time!!
ReplyDeleteHappy St David's day! My dad's welsh, with a maiden name like Hughes I'd have to have a little bit in me somewhere. I have excellent childhood memories of trips to my Nana's. An amazing woman who's massive legacy included teaching me to say that massive place name... good times!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures. I love a bit of china me!
ReplyDeleteYour china posts always make me go "wow" out loud!!!
ReplyDeleteThat green one is so gorgeous!!!!!
Hello! I have just discovered your little blog! I too, love a dainty teacup! And I don't drink tea at all! I mainly use my teacups with a small bunch of daisies in them, sitting on the windowsill. I look forward to reading your blog!
